Bedding, Towels and Sheets

The beds will be made up in advance, as specified on your booking form. If you booked via a third party booking site, we will have asked you to confirm your preferences a week or so before your arrival.

We also provide one bath towel and one hand towel per guest, plus a bath mat (two in Pear Tree and Primrose cottages) If you need more, let us know. Please note that the towels we provide are only for use inside the cottage.

All the beds have anti-allergenic duvets and pillows, plus anti-bacterial mattress and pillow protectors. If you think you may need to change to waterproof mattress protectors, please let us know, as accidents on mattresses can be costly to deal with.

There may be one or two beds left intentionally unmade in your cottage. They will still have mattress and pillow protectors, duvets and throws, but please do not sleep on any unmade beds - we will happily provide you with additional bed linen if needed.

Accidents sometimes happen! If you do need an emergency change of sheets, please let us know and we will provide clean sheets and deal with the soiled ones for you. We request that you don't wash the items yourselves as we use a professional laundry company.

An optional mid-stay change of towels, bath mats and bed linen will be offered for stays of 14 days or more.
